An anticipated debut with brilliant The Hallé orchestra and an interesting programme! Organist Anna Lapwood is Featured Artist of the orchestra and will present two exciting pieces; Arakelyan's "Toccata for Organ and Orchestra" and Poulenc's "Organ Concerto". The evening concludes with Bernstein's "Symphonic Dances from West Side Story", which is one of the most fun pieces to conduct with it's passion, drama, soaringly beautiful melodies and drive!
